Don't really understand the issue with the ticket staff?

If they're pushing for more to be done online then they don't need as many staff same thing happens in every business across the world!!

This sums it up perfectly.. some fans think they have a god given right to know every detail of what is going on in the club.. well until you put your money where your mouth is.. you don't!!

They both pay a pittence compared to what other league one clubs get.. it was very much an old mans deal.. oh you're from Bradford and have been around for ages so we'll do you a cheap deal

Does it have to be a large bradford company? this is the point really.. we need to stretch our sponsorship search further.. our marketing and sales team is stuck in the 90s!! it needs dragging into this decade

Why? Are you saying Dave Baldwin couldn’t do his job properly? This assuming he was in charge when the sponsorship deal was signed

No it doesnt need to be a large Bradford company but looking at it logically do you think a Southern Based company would be interested in promoting its product at a L1 club in Bradford (unless of course its a national company)
I agree we do need to stretch our boundaries as far as marketing goes However we do need a marketable product on the pitch to facilitate this

If that's what the past owners did then both parties were obviously happy with the deal.
If Edin believes they aren't paying enough then go sell yourself as a club and get a sponsor who is willing to pay more, I don't see the argument with what other teams sponsors pay, you could hardly us another league one sponsorship as an example when you go to negotiate new sponsorship with new sponsors.
They would know what the likes of JCT have paid for shirt sponsorship in the past so that could be use as a starting point, but I'd keep Edin well away from potential new sponsors, but then again he would only criticise the finalised deal saying he could do better, which I understand is a regular comment he makes to motivate his workforce.
We keep hearing comments about "they pay the club a pittance of peanuts", out of curiosity just what are the figures ?, if you can't quote them then you don't know if the figures are a pittance or peanuts.

I'd suggest that is the major factor it negotiating any new deal, if as last season we had a great season finishing with a final at Wembley, that I would think would make it far easier selling sponsorship, where as next season seeing the way the team has fallen away if it continues next seasom they could be sponsoring a league two club rather than a league one club all things companies need to take into consideration when offering sponsorship.

Nope, however at the time we were desperaye for a sponsorship so he probably did the best he could.. I'd say this time we're not in such a desperate position we should try getting the best deal we can

That comment goes against everything that is being said about the situation within our club at the present moment.
