Well, that was a great all round well organised performance, best i've seen us play for a long long time.....shame we're at home on saturday........

 

A tad concerning that Walker seems to be limping quite heavily.

 

Someone check in on Banbrotam. Not sure his heart will stand up to this.

Excellent result and made it look another fairly comfortable performance after Saturday.

Thought Platts days were numbered when Stubbs came in but he was excellent on Saturday and even better tonight.

 

Cheap tickets for the Colchester game should guarantee us 18,000+ please don't let us down lads.

 

In fairness the best ref we have seen for a while.

 

Just need to get our players into the mind-set of all our games are away from home

Then the points will soar

 

Unfortunately I've had to watch it on ifollow without any sound, so I couldn't feel any atmosphere but, from what I saw, City were brilliant and I hope they can take it into the Colchester game.

 

The players brought in January have made a massive difference. That and the return of the impressive Walker has changed our season. Stubbs and Clayton have been game changers, both never shut up. Something that Harry Lewis admitted we lacked after the Rochdale defeat.

 

4 wins in 5 is good form. Get the home form right and we’re away (hopefully).

Agree.
Didn’t seem to be influenced by their constant whining.
There are the odd good ones in this division.
One of those who don’t see themselves as the centre of attention.

 

I have to say, hats off to the lad tonight. I was a doubter but boy does he take the weight off the monster.

 

Stubbs too

 

Agree over many years we've been used to referees stopping the game for any kind of physical challenges, what a refreshing change to see a tackle they would have blown for allowed to play on, it takes a bit of getting used to, well done ref.

 

Keep Stubbs fit he is a real asset

Brilliant performance tonight, one of the best of the season. What a great four days. Credit to all concerned for turning things around after Barrow. Now if we can just sort out the home form we can come good just at the right time.

 

Hope he is okay. He makes so much difference from an attacking perspective.
