That's so funny, you imply that two of our recent signings Jack Payne & Sean Scannell came because Micheal Collins is our head coach yet say "Derby and rangers are in for tough seasons then" I suggest if we take your original comment seriously then the likes of Steven Gerrard & Frank Lampard might just have a similar influence with their footballing background ?.

You could be correct with regards Frank Lampard but your wrong with Steven Gerrard.
On 11 April, it was reported that Gerrard would be taking charge of the Liverpool Under-18 side ahead of the 2017–18 season after impressing Jurgen Klopp and Alex Inglethorpe with his work ethic, knowledge and attitude towards academy coaching, I'd suggest impressing Klopp has more credibility than impressing Edin Rahic .

I am not writing MC off like you seem to be until I have seen how the team plays to his style and it seems he wants a pressing style. Not seen at city for as long as I can remember so lets see what happens?
Inexperience doesn't equate to lack of ability. If he can get the team playing to his way of thinking then that's a huge chunk of the job done.

MC has already said in various interviews he knows he is a young manager but he knows how he wants to play and seems to have the players to do that.

Howe was appointed player-coach in December 2006 and was responsible for working with the reserve team. In September 2008, Howe lost his job when Bond was sacked as manager, however he returned to Bournemouth as a youth coach under Quinn shortly afterwards. He didn’t become the permanent manager of the club until January 2009.

I’d suggest THAT is getting some experience and not just coaching kids part-time for 8-9mths before getting a gig at the top table.

And if you were referring to his opening comment, most of your examples had experience at coaching different levels before getting their top jobs. So you agreed with him
