Their antics pre game Saturday , which was planned in advance and Evans odious post match interview sums the pair up.

 

Got his comeuppance a few years back when the Shrewsbury sub goalie put him on the floor after a touchline altercation.

The other year I was in the Peterborough stand for our game against them and you could hear them both clear as a bell, two completely odious creatures whose behaviour was disgusting throughout the game but on top of that there was just something deeply odd about Raynor, very strange man

 

The sub goalie in the background obviously sees or hears something that triggers his reaction.

 

Why can't we just celebrate Cooks great effort this season with regards our 18 goal leading scorer rather than breaking it down to make a point.
Let's be honest here even though your above are correct just where would we be but for Cooks magnificent goal return, could any of our other strikers give any sort of goal return I very much doubt it let's take pleasure in how Andy Cook has gone about his job this season rather than breaking it down to prove a point.
When we get promoted and we look back with regards this season for most it will be about Cook and his goal return that helped get us out of this khazi league.

 

Surprise, surprise, both sweaty and Raynor got booked in their previous game at Sutton. Apparently it was the referees fault again.

 

Martinez. 5ft 9 centre back. Timing and desire are key attributes to heading, and nothing to do with height.

 

I sometimes have a gripe with the poor performance comment. Teams like Stevenage make you play poor, disrupt your game etc. Once we started to tick, then they were limited

 

I'm not slating Cook, far from it... in fact I was pro Cook in pre season when a majority of people on here seemed to want shut of him (ironically because of his laboured performances when he couldn't get a rest last season!). I'm just sayng I'm glad he got a rest so he can go on to get another 16 in the second half of the season rather than fizzling out

 

Fair comment, I just though as many did at the time the one game where Cook could have won the game for us at Carlisle his misses gave Hughes the ideal opertunity to rest/drop Cook.
Even accepting we have a large squad and Hughes has said they will all get game time you don't drop (in our case) the only played hitting the net with any sort of consistancy.

 

Like any striker, Cook with have the "holy grail" of 20 league goals in a season on his mind, and if I were a betting man, I'd back him to smash it this season. In fact, I'd be amazed if he doesn't.

 

Andy Cooke, he gets the ball,he scores a goal. And let's not forget the assists - two against Stevenage.
