I get the whole idea of extra income but it doesn’t take much for many of our fanbase to stay at home.
I bet the actual attendance on Thurs night was sub 10k but had it not been available on iFollow I think more would have made the effort.

To be fair, some may have health, holiday, transport, work, family issues etc, which prevents them from attending. I prefer to go to the match, but sometimes other things crop up. I will be out of the country for around four games, but will watch them on i-follow. Win/Win, I get to see the game, the club gets an extra £40.

It goes without saying that there are many legitimate reasons why someone might not attend but I was specifically targeting those who’s only reason for staying at home is because it’s raining!!

Any reason for missing a match, other than being locked up or committing a crime at the time of the match, is legitimate and none your (or anyone elses) business. It's certainly not something to be judged on.

Attendance, when owing a season ticket, doesn't become compulsory. If I decide not to go today it has no bearing on whether I'm a worse supporter than you or not.

Let’s hope we play the conditions today, pitch will be heavy so no messing about with back passes, get ball up quickly and chase down mistakes from their defence

1-1 draw for me today, simply because of the games being so close at Xmas. Not expecting anything spectacular, the main thing is not to lose today and stay in touch, cement our position for the 2nd half of the season

My legitimate reason for not attending v Harrogate was the fact that AG was playing.
    Going today but hoping !!!!!

Fully agree, be good to put down a marker today, beat these and we put a four point cushion between us. Not saying it's going to be easy, however we triumphed at their gaff and should be looking to do the same here.

Got to start thinking a where we get these three points, seven points gap between us and Northampton that we need to start bridging. They have had two tricky games over Christmas and won neither, and their next four games are orient, Salford, Stockport and Mansfield which on paper won't be easy. Be nice to to make in roads into that especially with the game in hand in the bag too

Yer, the ground shenanigans have been canned. Too much politics involved I reckon.

Whether it's right or wrong people have invested into Salford and tried to take them up the league and now others see a possible continuation of that up to league one and now want to get involved or stop involvement. People with egos getting involved on both sides which never ends well for some.

I'd like to see Crichlow having a bit more licence to come out with the ball, advance over half way and try playing some decisive passes.

I'm thinking back to that big centre back Bolton had in the year when they went up. He would stride out with the ball and look to play a pass to the forwards. It freed up midfielders and wide players and created the chance of an overload on one side.

Crichlow is confident enough on the ball to be able to do that and if a pass goes astray it's likely to be higher up the pitch anyway.

Also worth noting it was his ball that was an assist to Cook in the away match at Salford.
