I thought city worked really well off the ball today, especially when some were blowing out their arses after an hour. Most of that was our doing though by sitting back and giving them the ball. I actually thought watt had the beating of our midfield today, especially in possession. He always found the gaps between our press.

Not sure if it was a game plan in anyway but I was disappointed with the way our wingers not once took on the full backs. They always seemed to come inside or play it back to the full backs.

Was a 6 out of 10 performance with the ball for me, but a great 9 without it

 

Walker was in the corner of the away end today.

A great win in a game of few chances, in that most of our chances came in the first 13 minutes. After the goal their keeper didn't have a lot to do.

Similarly, Lewis was reasonably quiet too.

A game with not much action, and no edge of the seat stuff. Good to win away there at long last!
