    The trouble with most L2 teams is that they want to play a particular game away from home. Get to half time 0-0 then do the smash and grab, fortunately we have learned to score as early as possible which changes the game early on. Keep doing this and our ability and strength in depth will see us come out on top in most games.

    Bradford in theory is five times that population, not sure we’d take 750 (or not much more if we did) down there.
    Onto the match, I thought we handled them well but are continually our own worst enemies with this faffing around at the back.
    Half of our problems today were self inflicted, when we did play it more direct and earlier we caused them all sorts of problems getting them on to the back foot.

    To be fair to him I don’t massively disagree with SOME of his points - it’s just how he makes them. If the shoe were on the other foot I’d be frustrated by the chances they missed at 1-0 down. The style of play isn’t pretty, but effective based on the players they have.

    Difference was we were able to deal with their pressure, rode our luck but ultimately had the quality to make and take our chances, a place we’ve been on opposite side of far too many times in the past.

    End of the day, right team won. Good to get one over Evans.
