Based on reports and interview's with MH, that is also my understanding of the situation.

Blimey, big Inquest on here about who was at fault for the goal at Hartlepool.

I blame Odusina seeing as it's his thread!

Certainly isn't, the question should be wtf's happening with Odusina.

With Crichlow and Platt playing as they are , he won’t get further than the bench.

Is Hughes missing a trick by not using Odusina last night or is he looking to use the squad in the pap trophy? The problem for Odusina is he plays the left of the 2 centre halves and of Crichlow and Platt, its Crichlow who's been the most impressive and undroppable.

At least he'll be good to go and replace Critchlow when the dogs call him back and straight into their first team in Jan.

As I said before Timi is a long term investment and has has been indicated already Crichlows replacement when Huddersfield call him back. I have a strong impression they will do to us what they did to Swindon last season. I hope I’m wrong !

I question whetheror not Crichlow is 'undroppable'. Whilst I agree he has been impressive (I described him as a Rolls Royce defender to my dog bothering pal), I've seen a few errors and he hasn't covered himself in glory on more than a couple of times where we've conceded. Examples include Blackburn's second last night and the set-piece goals against Barrow.

I'd like Timi to start a few times n his place because:
    1) He's actually ours
    2) Crichlow maybe could benefit with some time out of the limelight

Agree with all you say Onside. After years of shite recruitment and poor management, we now have a top manager who's signed good players who fit into the tactics he wants to play and thinks we'll take us up. It'll hopefully be this season. But given our pathetic recent decline, it could take another.

Not sure either Crichlow or Platt can be dropped at the minute. Take last night’s game out of the equation due to the quality of the opposition, I have been impressed with them both.

Mr Ranger. Critchlow is class. He will make mistakes but watch him play. Very good. I would say he is a Porsche personally.

Maybe Hughesy might try three at the back vs Wednesday and give him a run out, along with Foulds and Hendrie in the FB roles and maybe even Songoo as another one of the CBs.

    Lewis/young kid
    Foulds
    Songoo
    Platt
    Timi
    Hendrie

It looks far better than our team in the comp last season, on paper anyway.

He is a classy player the only problem is he not so good defending crosses in the air and that will cost us from time to time

Was impressed with him up at Hartlepool last season, confirmed by seeing him tonight, he was excellent.
