Huh?

I suppose/suspect the League's official stats may differ from the BBC's.

I think Cook could go on and bag 20 plus if kept fit, bringing in Oliver has given him the kick up that ass, he admittedly said as much himself.

It is about time we had a striker who had a hot streak, it is good to see a few options upfront. players like young and Harratt pushing for places

And still much to learn from MH and the team. Over 90 minutes not much improvement from the first 4 games.

With all the attacking options in our squad, time to ditch the 'safe' 4-2-3-1 formation and go for it with high energy 4-4-2.

We might leave ourself open at times, but we should score enough to overcome that mostly

 

Impressive second half in terms of how we gave Hartlepool something different to think about and it resulted in two very well worked goals. Still plenty to work on but positives in the performance to go with the three points.

 

Cooke and Harrett as a front 2 looked very good, both are livewires, always on the move. It would be interesting to see then start a game up front together and see how it goes when a team isn’t pushing for an equaliser.

He was flogged to death last season though and looked shit back end of the season, personally I don’t mind attacking players getting the odd rest. It’s important those that come in start to justify their start.
