It came completely out of the blue and landed among people in the lower kop. Utter madness. You can't imagine what sort of moron would do that. Someone must have seen whoever did it. I traced the trajectory backwards as it left a trail in the air and it came from about the middle of L block, a bit towards the Midland Road side. Hope CCTV pick it up.

Not only that but I saw a bunch of lads 3 rows from the front of the kop close to midland rd who sat there goading the newport fans all match. As though newport had some sort of following. They were smoking their vapes and calling their fans winkers all game. I dont get it. Watch the match FFS.

Was he the lad with the little girl? If so, he's tweeted that it was only his daughters 2nd game and now she's absolutely petrified of going again. Thankfully nobody was physically hurt but it sounds like that little girl is now traumatised. I hope the idiot that did it also ends up traumatised when they get issued with a ban that lasts until they grow the hell up.
