it, we can only assume Julian & Mark were more than happy with the deal.

 

I am not sure how the asking price could be £10 million, when he paid just over £6 million i believe and our league standing is far worse now, than when he let his partner play fat controller.

 

He can ask what he want's, but what he'll realistically receive is another matter

Sure they were but remember a) we were in div 1 and b) we had player assets at the time c) it wouldn’t have been near 6-10m

Serious players want assets.

 

Even £6m would be over valuing the club as has been posted many times when he paid £5.5 for the club we were a league one club challenging for a place in the Championship.
Right now even with Hughes at the helm were are a club that finished 14th last season and that has to be the basis of any negotiations with regards the club he bought is not the same club today with regards valuation.
If the backroom staff can get the club into a self finacing situation he can sit back and not have to put a penny more into Bradford City.

 

apparently not looking to sell, according to the club,yet has little interest in football. If i was him i would have tried to get my money back years ago. He is probably hoping that we have hit the jackpot with Hughes and we progress without having to fund a promotion . The club in league 1 will be a better option for possible investors, assets or not.

The point is in all probability the club would be run exactly the same way under new owners. Unless a new owner has money to burn we might as well stay as we are

 

Remember Sterling crashed after Brexit. His £5.5M will have felt more like 4M.
