I wouldn't put to much into the rumour, it comes from an anonymous submission to a meghan mouthpiece who has a history of posting content that she later removes as it gets proven false. And then that's being amplified by both Meghans bots and all her crazy fan accounts (largely Americans who are clueless about their own country let alone something like royalty in another country that's alien to them). Its just an attempt by her to distract from all the bad press from the recent book that shows what a manipulative bitch she is
