I'm utterly confused by this signing. I thought edin said we wouldn't be relying on loans? Well I make that already 2 players signed who will probably be starters.

I seem to recall that edin said we wouldn't sign loan players unless they were of such a high quality that we couldn't afford similar on a permanent deal, I.e. cullen.

Good player sure, but I'm completely confused as to what the plan is anymore.

Show us a quote where Edin has said every single player we sign will be for the development squad.

Park, one minute you think the development squad is the best thing since sliced bread, yet we loan a player from another clubs development squad for our 1st team and you don't see the problem.

 

Don't remember people complaining or seeing a problem when we were signing the likes of Cullen, Burke and Evans.

 

We have two players on loan only not as if the team is filled with them.they enhance the policy not undermine it

 

How do they enhance the policy, if we're admitting our own development squad players aren't good enough by signing an average development squad player on loan. And let's not kid ourselves, he isn't a loan of the quality of Burke or cullen, which are the only type of loan players we should be signing

 

No because we can't afford such quality players on permanent deals. But I'd be disappointed if we were unable to attract a player who's scored 14 in 48 on a permanent.

 

What if Miller continues with the form he was in at the back end of last season and scores 8 goals in our first 19 games? Will you still think it was a mistake to sign him?
