Come on guys! It's not Qatar. Lots of water breaks and sensible game management, hot but no problem, surely.

Dearie me. It's going to be a bit hot for a couple of days. We'll all be here on Wednesday. The game will go ahead or it won't. In a week no one will remember. Other issues will be open for discussion. Let's just have a bit of realism. This is tedious.

Got me shirt, am now tempted to attend having decided I probably wasn't going - I want to be one of the brave few.

They could always keep the sprinklers on that will cool the players down.

Macclesfield cancelled their game for Tuesday night too. BBC app saying it's going to be 32 at kick off tomorrow, with the feels like temp at 36 degrees due to the humidity. Plenty of water breaks, probably play two teams to take out the harshness on them. Cant imagine we will cancel it at the point, may follow others with a delay.

Cambridgeshire and East of England expecting to be hardest hit with the heat and it’s humid as hell down here so don’t blame them for postponing/moving games

Yes, there's a steady stream of matches now being affected. New ones include:
Rushden & Diamonds v Northampton Town cancelled.
Salford City v Blackpool kick off delayed.
Maidstone United v Tonbridge Angels cancelled.
Hitchin United v Boreham Wood postponed.

What’s it like in Bradford today? It’s very pleasant on the coast with a gentle sea breeze taking the edge of the temperature

Can't see Sunderland wanting the game off. They've already lost 45 mins from the abandonment v Rangers.

We have an advantage non of them have and that is that we have a big stadium and the pitch will be in complete shadow except for the goal at the Bradford Road end.

For a 7pm kick off the sun will be directly behind the main stand. The Sunderland fans will get the brunt of the sun.

As long as the stewards don't do something daft and stop people taking water into the ground I'm sure everyone will cope.
