only around 3,000 tickets sold. Have we ever played a home game with more away fans than home fans?

 

I remember a Newcastle friendly a few years ago, which seemed like that.
Stuart might have been the Manager.
Shelvey and Gayle ran riot.

 

Think it was Bowyers season.

 

@Bradford End was bigging up ticket sales the other week.

 

It was McCall because he played a bizarre formation and tactics and said after about treating it as a cup final or something and got loads of stick for it, rightfully so.

At this game tomo anyways with my 2 lads.. was expecting them to bring a few up with them struggling and then getting sorted but doesnt look to be the case unfortunately..

Fair enough. I thought I remembered us just having bottom tier of the main stand but I must be wrong.

 

Stuarts testimonial Id say there were as many Rangers fans that day and it was over 20,000 I'd think.

So maybe Hundreds of City fans on the Rams TV site making them money while our own club do nothing for its own fans?

 

What do you expect them to do trevor. Put it on the telly for £5 , whilst trying to sell match day admission at £10.
Its a preseason friendly, if you can not or don't want to be there. Pay Derby the £1 for rams tv

 

Absolutely right. But City unlikely to do it as it would affect the attendance.

Many fans cannot attend for many reasons and buy season tickets etc to help the club. It's selfish to assume disabled or elderly or on holiday can attend like you obviously will. Derby obviously realise this and are helping there supporters watch their team even charging less than the ticket price but are willing to do this for the supporters. City could do the same it would not have effected the attendance by much if any at all. Supporting the club and its supporters should work both ways not all take from the club Thankfully Derby realise some of their fans cannot attend and are helping them and the City fans as well. Well done to them
