    Sparks eluded to the fact that since Brexit, the PL Clubs are hoovering up young talent from the lower leagues instead.
    If we get any particularly good young kids they will get snapped up. The professional contract allows us to demand a higher fee, including significant add on's. The best young kids at 13 or 14 aren't playing for Bradford City. They're at a Premier League club. We will benefit from the 'late developers' who kick on at 15/16/17 and allow us to tie them down with a scholarship.

    Hopefully we can get a mix and get some into the first team and some to sell on, with transfer fee fed back into growing the team/club. As we know, the add on's can be significant.

    There must be hundreds of kids that get hoovered up by PL clubs that are more than good enough for EFL teams but never really see the light of day....

    The Lower League Look have elaborated and said its the biggest signing so far and only here because of Hughes.
