How's that going to work within the spending constraints framework? Clubs in league 2 can only spend 55%of their turnover on wages, I'd be surprised if Crawley's total turnover is 3.3 million.

Why?
The big thing that Dion has going for him is his unpredictability and individual skill. The ability to score a goal out of nothing. That’s what you need sometimes rather than just a high quality winger. Besides, Diamond will be going to L1.

 

As a side they are a always there in and around the top 7.

Yeah, I do agree that no one really knows and unless you take a punt you never will. It's just that in my mind he'll have been expensive and I'm already absolutely fine with the strikers we've got.

Regarding Telford though, I'm up for a burns unit bet for a bit of fun if you are?

I'll bet he won't get 15+ league goals this year (minimum of 35 league appearances)?

You are right but the point I was making was that a fair few of Hendrie's crosses last season would have looked better had we attacked the ball with runs into the box more. They weren't all over hit OR into the leader's hands. In particular we didn't make runs towards the near post enough, that is an area difficult to defend and coincidently was area Mark Hughes used to attack as a player, very difficult area for a keeper, at any level.

@king karl , we used to have a pinned section for burns unit bets. Is this something that might be able to be sorted again if a few on the site have them?

It's a fun way of raising a few quid for a cause we all probably donate to in one way or another anyway.
