    looks like Cookie has definitely lost weight, about a couple of stone. Everyone enjoying themselves

    I know I am guessing 2 stone, but he looks like he has lost all the surplus. He deserves a round of applause. He will be quicker and feel fitter for that. Sparky effect?

    Hughes did mention about pre pre season programs in a SSN interview today, finally we seem to be on top of this area too now.

    with a more capable squad, rotation will be seen often so players won’t get burnt out. Its a nice change from previous seasons where we had a large squad but outside the starting 11 we didn’t have any quality, so the starting 11 would get burnt out an get injured often
