apparently they are advising people move up a size due to the difference in the size naming in the companies.

not been funny but that puts me in the top size and I don’t think I’m the biggest person at VP

 

I know you are making a joke, but that's the point I was making. Most football shirts are not gender neutral. They suit men or flat chested women (tin hat on, expecting rude comments here).
I am not complaining about that. I have never bought a City shirt because until now I would not have felt comfortable in one. This one I might. I will try one on and see. Hopefully a purchase will be made.

 

Not convinced with the BCAFC on the back of the collar though….. seems a bit unnecessary

 

One of my mates just sent me this, claiming it's the new away shirt. It's obviously a mock-up. I bloody hope the away shirt is nothing like this or we'll be changing our nickname to the Court Jesters.

One of the nicknames for AS Roma and their colours is Giallorosso = Yellowred. The actual colours are specifically gold and carmine which are the city's official colours.

 

Definitely buying one this season-gave last season a miss as it was a nice shirt but just didn't grab me enough. But this one does.

 

Proper Amber is basically Dark Orange,and not City's interpretation of it..In over 60 years watching City,I can't remember one kit that contained proper Amber.

Excellent! I’m not as die hard as some though. I recently pulled out of bidding for our 1990 away shirt even though it’s on my “list”. It eventually went for £203. Our 93 shirt is in the football kit design exhibition mentioned in the article, the one with the lightning bolts on the sleeve. Front Runner did some nice kits and were slightly whacky (they only ever made shirts for us, Real Betis and Sevilla), whereas every one of Surridge’s were awful. This seasons kit is nice. Best we’ve had since our own branded kit of 2001 (badge centre chest, away shirt “Barcelona”) imo.
