I've just remembered that when Sparks was interviewed a couple of weeks ago and he was saying how pleased they were with how recruitment was going so far, he mentioned there was at least one signing that was dependent on the outcome of games that were still to be played. I'm guessing Kian is one of those because had Vale stayed down, I reckon he'd have gone back to them.

Maybe a load of bobbins but one Internet article reckons he turned down a year contract at Hull because he wanted a longer deal. Another reckons Peterborough might be in for him. Apparently he's worked with McCann before.

I watched his goals for Vale and he scored not one, but two diving headers in his time there. A rare type of goal these days.

Generally as far as future signings go, I think we are crying out for some more experienced signings, a Gary Liddle type if you like.

Very happy to trust the management on our signings. But I'm really waiting for a marquee signing that will put the ball in the net on a regular basis. I'm sure one is coming. But we also need a backup.
