    We're not that much stronger. This isn't a case of a quality side becoming complacent, its a case of a very limited side, which has had a lack of goal threat all season, just about lumbering to a narrow win against an awful side.

    That game perfectly encapsulated our season. About 20 mins of genuinely quality attacking play, several missed opportunities, an awful goal conceded through schoolboy type defending when the opposition had to do next to nothing, long spells of looking lacklustre and ponderous, and ultimately shading a win against a relegated side full of academy kids to secure a first home win in 3 months. That’s exactly where we are, in every sense.

    Never has a win felt more like a loss. That second half was embarrassing. Even when a win is virtually handed to us on a plate we still manage to make it look far more difficult than it is.

    First half we're were good.. not Tranmere good. Second goal was a peach.

    Second half was as poor as we've seen from this city side. Be glad to see the back of this team!

    Scunthorpe put half there team of kids and it showed.. yet city couldn't get a foot in the second half.
