Development squad player who is giving Charlie a break now and then? That sounds like a first team squad player.

 

I really hope you install some ambition next year but I doubt it.

Grayson isn't the answer and he is proving that to you every fu@king day but still you hang on to the past.

 

It doesn’t matter who is manager next year in your eyes he will be crap. Because that is your opinion on every topic what ever the cllub does. So let’s get it upfront who realistically do you want as manager.

 

We are unbeaten in three now. And home form improving. Gone is the tippy tally football on a mud heap we have had to endure for months. Let’s see how we do in the last three matches at home

 

I have said things are very slowly getting better from what was a catastrophic few months.

 

It depends on the owners. The owners need to get a bloody grip of themselves and stop letting this club sink.

If Edin wants involvement then hire a German coach or a coach that's happy with a Football of Director or owner going to training getting involved etc.

If Edin wants winning over draws then hire a manger that likes playing attacking football(which Grayson doesn't)

If Edin doesn't want us to spend money then hire a manager that can play attacking football on a budget.

All the above isn't Grayson. I understand why the club took the risk on Grayson but he isn't right if the club(see above. Think deep within yourself and answer honestly if you feel he is) and he hasn't produced the results. He needs to go and Edin needs to think about the long term future of the club and what he wants.

If it was me I would take a risk on a younger manager that's respected who likes playing attacking football who has links to other clubs.

 

The die was cast way before then. The laddish culture set by the last manager great when things are good but when things start going wrong no answers. Lots of bad stuff coming from above but it’s the managers job to make sure the team concentrate in football,
If Grayson is here next year which I doubt I think we will see better things from limited resources

 

It’s winning pragmatic football that counts and Grayson has regularly shown he knows how to it. We al, want to see attacking football but nobody wants to see the net bulging all the time at the other end. We need a winner not a dogmatic manager

 

He is slowly getting rid of the culture set better discipline and better football to suit the conditions
