Hartlepool looking damgerous in the final 3rd and as usual we are looking toothless up front

 

Decent on the ball so far, just lacking that final pass. Hope fans don’t lose patience with keep ball as I know a lot like 442 get it forward instantly. Possession football needs patience in the stands as well as on the pitch.

 

Cooke excellent for me but Watt anonymous. Cooke wants someone up front with him.

I’ll tell you what…The confidence Hughes has brought to the side is outstanding , especially considering the squad we have.

 

Disagree there mate, not a world beating performance but been involved with most of our better play throughout the half, and that move to win the free kick early on where he skinned two of them with trickery was impressive. Lacking a bit of fitness but definitely a player in there for me. I think Cook's been crap, can't provide service to someone who doesn't look like hes gonna get it near it the times the ball does go to him, and I say this as someone who really likes him as a player.

 

Their talking as if Pools are murdering us, once again Cook is getting no support that's the one thing they have got right Hartlepool have more willing runners, but not unhappy with the first half.

Building posession and playing patiently, just bunging it forward every time we get it is crap under 7s football mentality. Can't moan when the football is shite and then moan when we actually try to play properly as we are doing so far here.

Foulds playing well puts gets a great ball in

 

Almost 60% possession.....didn't seem like it.

 

He's a bit like all our defenders. They try to pass the ball but they're all a bit uncomfortable and get to a point when they panic.

Ridehalgh is our best passing defender. Real shame he's still out. Hope he's ok.

 

Bradford City fans can, apart from corners were infront with everything else possession, shots, shots on target.

 

People want possession football and when hey get it some complain about it. I don’t mind either as long as we don’t mess about to much at the back
