That was Gillieads best performance since coming back. Hendrie was steady but after that most players were just their usual self. Foulds had a torrid first half and the two centre backs are average at best. It's gonna take Hughes well I to his contract to turn this club around.

We sang all game mate. Some. At the front weren't giving it first half, but lots were and 2nd half we were superb. Didn't hear much from you guys, but loi grt it given récent form. The last home game against Exeter was pretty surreal, they pretty much sang all game long and some of the chants were ours- like City I O, I O City.
Not used to the away fans singing our old songs!

I honestly thought once Spakie made his first sub Cooke for Daly we started to get at Mansfield and more so when both Evans and Lavaty came on.
Mansfield were a well drilled side and you can see why Clough has turned their season around from their very poor start overall I thought there was little in it a good finish by Oates and more than their share of luck for their second, as we've discussed in the past possession means little but I thought today's stats were about right, all about putting your chances away they did we didn't.

 

Now admit it, don't you feel slightly silly for being at all nervous at the idea of coming here and taking away a win....? And as for worrying about Cook bullying your Centre Backs, the only person he's been bullying lately is the counter staff at Greggs
