    And it was an honest answer, the arrangements at Guiseley were made weeks ago our club doctor only passed away yesterday no more to explain.

    Dave, I have no intention in getting into an argument here, but I do object to being pulled up on what I thought was a genuine suggestion.
    Perhaps you'd like to re-read my post which clearly states " if the game is still available for sponsorship,", meaning there is no suggestion that this would be pre-emptive.
    And just for clarity the club announced his passing on Tuesday, not yesterday

    Of course it can be done and maybe it will, but as I posted the arrangements with Guiseley were made weeks ago before the club doctor passed.

    Ditto, but as I've pointed out the arrangments with Guiseley for this particular event were made weeks ago, thats my point, maybe the group will change there sponsorship or possibly do so in the future.
