    Time to move on from Evans.

    Ryan needs to get hold of Darren ASAP and find out if he would be interested in taking over.

    If he would, sign him up, and BACK HIM.

    Interesting. Darragh mentioned him as a good choice for us on a recent podcast. I thought it was odd at the time but maybe not....

    I’d be happy with him, certainly an upgrade on Evans and no I’m not talking because of off field antics.

    Whoever we get though needs backing, it’s just not happening so I’d still be apprehensive until I see a restructure at the club.

    As negative as this sounds at least like Adams last year you’d guarantee you weren’t in a relegation dog fight even if we made little progression towards league 1.

    Posh fans were upset Darragh backed him, and have hounded him out.

    Now they want Evans back.

    Couldn't make it up :joy:

    Hopefully Darragh appoints Evans, then sells the club to his US buddies, then buys us out with Darren already installed.

    We can but dream.

    Looking at Twitter, Grant McCann is the early favourite for the Peterborough job and the name 90% of Peterborough fans seem to think it will be McCann.

    Darragh has hinted a few times that the US partners might buy him out soon. Said recently he offered his shares as they have a deal that if either party wants out, the other has first option on buying out the other. Very weird thing to bring up publicly, wouldn't be surprised if there is a change within the year there. He said one option for next year that his partners have pitched is MacAnthony would drop out of the recruitment and just solely be an owner.... think it's something he'd hate.

    Although he has said multiple times if he left Peterborough he'd wait 6-12 months before jumping back into football.
