No manager could change the direction of this club. That needs to come from above that level but the two above that level aren't fit for purpose.

The fans always stick by this club. Some have chosen to single them out as the problem, they never were the problem. The problem is an owner with no interest and a CEO out of his depth. Until we change that I see no end to the decline.

But Rupp is not going to sell it, until he gets the right price or we get relegated then he might consider sell and counting his losses. He had an opportunity a few weeks ago, but chose not to as he didn’t think they were right for the club. Now that is a different aspect. We could easily be relegated from our position, with players who either cannot perform or choose not to.
He has to invest or otherwise the whole lot goes down the plug hole. He could appoint a director of football now or in the next few weeks which in my view is long overdue. At the moment we don’t have anybody above coach/manager level with good football knowledge!
