    My instinct when @SimonW@SimonW posted the formation was that Hendrie must be left back & Sutton right back, with Songo'o in midfield & Paudie and Staunton centre back... but I'm not sure it would have made any difference at all.

    Desire is a skill as much as raw talent is.
    No doubt some of the players have decent enough talent, however the desire to run through walls especially when the going gets tough, exists in very few.

    90% of our squad don’t have the mentality or personality to be successful.
