It’s a smart play for any manager doing crap to invite the sack, where else do you get such payments. Football is a crazy business. We’re a failing club and I don’t think we’re an appealing job to any half decent manager tbh, best they can hope for is a payoff when it inevitably goes tits up. This is what this club has been like since McCall II was sacked.

 

James Mason keeps going to our games I know for a fact he hasn’t been going much over the past few years since leaving. Hoping he’s with a consortium.

That interview is appalling. It is virtually laughing at our CEO.
I think @Idlebantam is correct. He is fed up with the job and wants to provoke a sacking to get the compensation.
Adams needs to be careful though. If his calling out of Sparkes and publicly embarrassing his boss becomes even more obvious he might find himself sacked with no compensation for gross misconduct. Unlikely I know, but wouldn't that be good?
I wanted to give him time, I am not in favour of a continual merry go round of managers, but I have concluded he is simply not a good fit at all for Bradford City.

Adams might be toast, but switching the manager doesn't solve our problems with Rupp and Sparks and the constant turnover of staff at ALL levels from scouts to players.
