    Why will it cause needles division I'll be there at Farsley supporting the team, as I assume you will be.

    Then the club are correct. It brings needless politics into Michael Collins and the new signings first game and creates unrest.

    Mason was just a club employee and chose to leave.

    as I said if these people wanted to do this why wouldn’t they do it at VP against Sheffield United why go to a local club to arrange something for an ex employee

    Now. Just think. What are the motives of the people who have set this up knowing that it will very likely cause a reaction? It's never been done for any previous employee so why now?

    Then after that. Why are they feeding you the story, possibly even putting the actual words in your mouth?

    I know that your natural reaction is to back up your source and be anti-Edin but just take a step back and try to see what they are trying to cause.

    As they are journalists who ask questions maybe they should ask this one, did the club object to the Guiseley pre season friendly being sponsored by friends of James Mason, and if so why ?.

    If you don't believe you are being used then that's a matter for you. But ask yourself 2 simple questions

    1. Why has this person who I guess is linked somehow to the Club Ambassadors chose not to raise this issue personally and in an open manner and to do that with people who could do something about it or at least explain their own position in depth?

    2. Why has this person used you to broadcast this apparent disquiet by getting you to use their words on an open forum where several hundred other people will be reading it?

    If they are involved as a Club Ambassador, it is disloyal to the club (irrespective of who the owners are) and is cowardly on their part. There are ways of dealing with these problems openly, honestly and professionally and using you in the way they have doesn't fit with that description.
