Adams ability to make tactical/formation changes during a match that result in a positive outcome is absolutely woeful. He's awful.

All he does is react to what the other team does. It's time we set up to play to our strengths but Adams is way too stubborn to change.

I said before we even signed him that it would be a duffer.

You can trust me about these things, Fordy, I'll tell you if they'll be any good or not.

 

All those draws earlier in the season have created the pressure that now lands on Derek's doorstep every game we play.
As we are 8 points off the play offs the desperation to win from the supporters goes up and even a point away from home isn't enough.

 

Not an easy place to come, not my fault. struggle with injuries, January is a difficult month for signings, not prepared to offer what other clubs are, etc
