The fact is until the last two seasons NOTHING has been done in the stadium at all at least an attempt at improving things is underway also the pitch is in its best condition for a long time and you can hear the blxxdy tannoy for the first time in years. He has a lot of work to do on the+pitch but off it he at least has made a good start

Disagree he doesn’t set the amount of money available apart from what he raises he is not the owner and apparently we have the 5th best budget. On the field he went out and poached what he and many others thought was the best man for the job of manager. But he doesn’t choose the players or the tactics that’s down to Adams. Given that he has been in charge during COVID an unprecedented event he is coping well.
I don’t think where we are at the moment is down to him. Hopefully the second half of the season will show a big improvement on the pitch
