I have sympathy for Adams. He clearly cares massively about trying to turn around our club and must feel disappointed in extremis that it's clearly not happening yet. Whatever he says publically, he must be hurting privately that his big plans to take us forward still sit on the runway. He's not incompetent - his track record shows that - but he does come over as quite a cold fish which doesn't help with the fans when things aren't going well. I think he is so tunnel visioned and determined, he will turn this around.

Thought I'd let everyone know 2 things about the game. Firstly, on the Exeter City FC Official Twitter feed of the match, every time they made a substitution there was a little counting thing going 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 ...etc. Secondly we got our winner in the 87th minute only for it to be flagged offside...and the ref then overruled the lino and gave it. Exeter forum guys have gone into meltdown about incompetent officials....it's very funny!
