He used to be the top practitioner at our practice The Ridge Medical Practice then he moved over to Idle Medical Centre.

This is a statement from the practice :
Dr Vince Cavaliere was involved in a serious road traffic Accident on the evening of Friday 22nd June. As a result he will not be at work for the forseeable future.
Our thoughts and best wishes are with Vince and his family at this difficult time. We hope that Vince is able to make a full and speedy recovery.
Hopefully it does not sound life threatening.

 

Get well soon. I don't know him personally but a friend of mine was involved in a minor traffic accident (her fault) when he was the other driver, near where we worked in Adel. He lived nearby - well he did then, it was a few years ago. She was quite shaken up but said he was a real gent and was more concerned about her when he could have been rather cross about his car.

 

I saw him week before last because I'd come off my bike and broken my elbow and needed some physio. He's fantastic and referred me to the Yorkshire Clinic within days. He did however give me a word of warning to be more careful on the roads on my bike.

I then heard the news yesterday and couldn't believe it. He was cycling in Ilkley and was hit by a car. He's been in an induced coma in Leeds since Friday but they were hoping to bring him round today.

He's a brilliant doctor, and a really nice guy. he always seems to so understanding and really willing to go above and beyond and properly get to the matter of the problem.

I do hope he gets well soon and makes a full recovery.
