    The lack of goal scorers in midfield is probably more relevant. Opposing teams know that if they concentrate on Cook they can virtually stop City scoring. If Cook is under pressure when he makes an attempt, he is more likely to miss.
    After Cook, it is Vernam on three goals and Cooke on two. None of the other midfielders has scored two goals.

    Finally seen the goal - if that were in the premiership and on MOTD they would quite rightly be waxing lyrical about it that pass. Very very good, as was Robinsons finish.

    Don’t think it’s about being miserable, it’s just odd laughing at Town or Leeds or even FGR when we’re mid table league two and possibly ten days away from being out of all the cup competitions.
