That's a strange one as I posted talking to Glyn Snodin at Rawdon Meadows and he said Alex's had completed 45 minutes at Morecambe, no mention of a set back but he did say Reeves kept breaking down ?.

 

Why do we keep finding out after surgery?

It's weird.

He did. But I think he probably had anterior ankle impingement and had been playing and training with it. Its not like something major that he couldn't play with, it will cause a dull ache, clicking of the joints etc in normal everyday activities but will get worse over time and with certain movements. I guess he started training again and playing again and then these symptoms were increasing and the only way to resolve was the surgery so he's resigned to that if he wants to have any chance of longevity of his career.

 

Alex jones goes out with Richard Sneekes daughter.
She’s a cracker, he’s been having the best 12 months of rehabilitation I bet.
Hopefully next season he can start scoring back on the pitch instead

 

I’d be tempted to stay at home with one of the Sneekes sisters. Or all of them.
