Just catching up here in Spain. Totally agree CT but it should be easy to sort. I see there was a helpful post on EFL regulations which are clear. If the Club have not complied there will be ramifications and serious ones. If the player has not complied then he is complicit in his own problems, end of.
Interesting point is that Doyle, Dieng and TMac are under contract to the end of the month so unless a compromise agreement is in place they need to report for training or be in breach of contract.
Any contract can only be in play if both parties agree to the terms, an offer and an acceptance.
A friend of mine is working for Mrs D who is adamant that there has never been an offer and Dpyle has turned down other clubs on the basis he would be getting one. We can all choose to believe who we want, personally I don't think Edin would be so lax so better let EFL and PFA sort rather than speculate.

 

I heard two offers but he wanted to stay at Valley Parade, he will get other better offers I'm sure, but my concern is what do we have lined up to replace him as our last two German keepers were obviously not up to the task when called upon.

What ? If an offer was not made, then he was free to do as he wished. He actually waited because an initial offer was made. WHY are BCAFC at fault in all this ? !

Trust me he doesn’t vehemently defend Edin.. Think he just doesn’t blame everything on him.. some people refuse to accept anything other than its Edin’s fault.. yes some stuff is, however some stuff just happens in football!
