Danny Rowe - The New Charlie Wyke - now with poll

They've been questioning his signing until he hits a wonder strike like he did tonight, saying he drops to deep and doesn't do enough. But no matter what level thats what you get with Rowe, a player who offers little in terms of a team game but every so often will hit a worldy that temporarily makes you forget all his other inadequacies.

 

When he spanks a goal in from xx yards out, you start to consider if he can do that every time he hits it. That gets you a bit excited each time he gets the ball.

But of course, no, he can't, but it's a mighty fine distraction/thing to mull over/celebrate.

 

Wouldn't even say it's a wonder strike. If the wall stays still it doesn't go in. 30 yard grubber through the hole where two players moved out the wall. Never did enough on the pitch to warrant a start, he must of tried that long ranger about 10 times for us? Cant remember any ever even hitting the target.

Not disciplined or good enough for league football, thought he might do the job at non league level, but let's be honest he's not a proper striker, he's not a proper attacking midfielder, and he seems incredibly weak mentally and probably can't take criticism or being overly coached.

Sorry Danny, little flower, but if you want an absolutely free role where you're viewed as a legend, you should have ended your career at Fylde my love.

Just scored won of his trademark free kicks from outside the box , great strike but never really got going with us probably at his level

Rowe got a hat trick at Southend today, not bad for a player some of our fans called a crap signing. Don’t know what you’d call our strikers if he is crap.
