Keith Hill??

Only been there half a season, sacked at Bolton after half a season, didn't last long at Barnsley. One of those who fits a specific club, in his case Rochdale, could be back there after they've been relegated.

 

My mates a Rochdale season ticket holder and he'd welcome Keith Hill back at Spotland.

PS I keep asking him if they've got anymore cast offs that we can have. Someone like Gary Jones maybe !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very strange move that. They fell off a cliff because Vaughan got injured but still managed a play off place. Why sack him now when Vaughan is back ? I wouldn't have him high up on my list of wants, as someone else has said his place is Rochdale, probably the least inspiring of all the names mentioned.

 

I like Keith Hill. Loved is Rochdale team and ethics. That team they had six-7 years ago, when we took 4 half k on a mid week when we folded like a pack of cards was superb.

 

The timing is so weird - unless he has totally lost the dressing room, which this move seems to suggest. Wouldn't want him at City. He's o.k but doesn't fire me up as someone to inspire a new City squad.

 

Would rather try and tempt Coleman the Accrington manager, Always plays attacking football

Undeniably a superb defensive manager, but his Stalingrad side were never very renowned for their attacking capabilities.

 

He’s another one club man like Keith Hill, did nowt at Rochdale, back to non league and then back at Accy where he’s done well again. He’ll be there until he retires.

Hill and Coleman have done very well at one particular small club each where expectations were pretty limited. Always had the opinion that neither would do anything else at a so called bigger club like ourselves. That's not me being arrogant about our club, it's just how I see it.
