Not going to announce the new man I don't know why, he's said they aren't looking so the man must be in the building, why not just tell us.

Sometimes saying less is more. He's been overseeing this fiasco as he was pretty CEO before he was given the role due to Rhodes being at VP less and less so he's partly responsible for it.

When i listened to sparks,it came across to me that he's waiting for someone already in a managers job.
