Adams - worked wonders at Bradford by The Sea, would he leave if they won the play offs
Wellens - created an attacking force at Swindon, despite what park says, didn't fail at basket case Oldham (he was the one who was failed by them with players not being paid) and not responsible for Swindon going down as they had 37 games to save themselves. Mediocre at Salford but won their first Wembley final and was the victim of massive expectations with a knobheid for a boss. Well connected.
Parky - doubt he would go back, doesn't seem his thing to revisit things.
Tisdale - great at Exeter, last seen as caretaker at Colchester and potentially kept them up
Alex O'Neill - recently sacked at Preston, plays good football, would he drop down ?
Jackett - a bit boring, potentially unwell according to WW but has achieved promotion everywhere he has been aprt from six weeks at Rovrum
Darren Moore ? - Sure to be sacked at Sheff Wednesday. Legend.
Paul Jewell ? DOF at Swindon so up with modern moves. The power behind Wellens team building there.

Some decent names there and potentially none are out of our reach if we are serious about progressing the club.

 

Some of the abuse the 2 lads received on Twatter was appalling, yet they still responded with dignity and thanked the supporters. Really wish some people would think about what they type before abusing 2 lads, who only did their best and saved us from the plunge. I wouldn’t be against them taking over in the future if they’re in and around the first team.

Whoever the appointment they need to be in early. It’s a massive job. Retained list to sort. Can they work with Turnbull or want to? Back room team to sort. New signings need to be made so we are not left behind again.
What a job for someone but a massive challenge. Surely there is a queue as long as manningam lane wanting the job? We have to get it right. Have to.

 

Absolutely no surprise. I've been checking since yesterday as I thought this would have been announced earlier.
I'm glad they've been offered coaching roles.
The sad thing to come out of this was that Ryan gave them a contract past the end of the season. I suspect he got caught up with the hyperbole from some who thought we'd unearthed the next Pep and Jose.
But Ryan has the gonads to make the right call and clearly knew in his own mind that this was game over long before Saturday.
Its a shame because the two lads did really well given the lack of experience but it was still the right call.

 

That would be an interesting one, did Jewell have any position with Richie at Salford or was he employed by Lee Power, and would Richie want him at Bradford City.
