I feel we're in some sort of groundhog day and can't get out. I'm not sure where Sparks has to start because so many things seem wrong. 8 weeks ago we looked resolute and compact, now we're back to square one. I hate calling for managers to go but I've zero confidence these 2 know what to do. It was half decent when they had more or less a full squad, but a couple of injuries and the wheels have fallen off. What today and the last few weeks has shown is they're a long way short of getting a side to the play offs let alone automatic. Can we afford to have them start preseason and waste valuable time that another manager could be using? I wouldn't want to lose them from the club but would they want to stay. Maybe as first team coaches to learn the trade alongside a number 1?
