Sorry if this is controversial but all of O'Donnell, Paudie and Anthony need to go. They're an awful combination. They make terrible decisions, pass too late to each other and put each other in trouble and just shrug shoulder, point and get angry with each other. They just can't play as a combination. It's awful to watch.

Why is O'Donnell kicking the ball long to Cook? If he wins the header there's no one around him.

 

Three times in a row we just hoof the ball out of the box instead of picking a pass for a controlled exit. Just inviting pressure.

 

Well If this is Sutton’s cup final I hope he never plays in one.

 

Don't like this pigheaded formation played by T and S it's so predictable and consistently boring.

 

Yes the defence went awol but is anyone questioning why our centre half lost yet another important aerial challenge, this time to a right winger? Paudie wins the header and the danger goes.

I never thought we'd find someone worse than Zesh Rehman in the air but Paudie is definitely trying his best.

 

Like Anthony O'Connor, Donaldson did reasonably well for a couple of games but it's clear he's playing out of position. Putting him up front with Cook would be the right thing to do. He's done alright winning headers and being physical but he's too deep and doesn't have the skill to play in the position he is in.

 

This half time defines my views on T & S.
Make attacking changes, have a go at Harrogate, try passing instead of hoofing.

 

I’d add Wood to that tbh, they all have in common that they’ve been key parts of the defence through our demise from league 1. I don’t associate anything but failure with the lot of them. Parkinson rebuilt the defence as soon as he could when he came in, and we need to do the same again we’re just weak.

 

T&S have done well, but i think there out of there depth. and it's now showing.
