I think Sutton is still underestimated by many. It's not all about the pressing. He can beat a man, has an eye for a killer pass in the final third and can also finish. Now obviously he doesn't do all of these things all of the time or else he wouldn't be playing for us, but he can make things happen when he plays. To me our main issue is the lack of movement in possession. The team against Grimsby were just too static

 

There is a happy medium I agree we needed to be on the front foot more than Saturday. But with the players we have and in particular the ones that are available we need to keep playing to the system that has lead to the automatic promotion points tally we have accrued since T&S took charge.

I agree but they're all we've got for now.

 

Surely the answer is to play one or the other of both sets of players. That way one balances the other. better than having two players of similar ilk on the pitch at the same time, unless a) holding out for the last few minutes to secure victory or b) going for the goal in the last few minutes that secures a point or victory.
