They score a lot from set pieces and you can see why we are giving them to many opportunities. We do look dangerous when we are on the ball though. Donaldson doing well. They are full of confidence and look a good team it’s going to be a tough second half

 

The ball is like a hot potato out there, maybe the wind is having an effect. Firing balls into feet won’t help either. As for ROD, I hope Paudie has a word with him at half time. He needs to command that 6 yard box. If the keeper is suspect at crosses you target the keeper, which is exactly what Stevenage are doing. Unfortunately it’s not in his make up so when he he does make an attempt he looks awkward.

 

Thats when I posted it, before the goal. We picked up a bit after that, but until then we were awful. Let's hope its a better 2nd half performance because for us to win the game it'll need to be

We can't pass and what they're doing is crowding Donaldson and Cook so its hard for them to control the ball and we can't get up the field. Then we're very narrow. There's loads of space in the left and right but Scales and Evans are narrow.

Need to switch it up. Get some pace on or width on.

They certainly are a team playing with confidence but I can't help feeling we are adding to our own downfall so far.
To many needless freekicks given away cheaply.
