How does that help? I don’t see his posts admittedly. But it doesn’t stop him reading mine and continuing to write his sarcastic, targeted replies.

I wouldn’t mind if he was writing about his views OR how he disagrees with mine. But every mention is about me personally and not about my thoughts.

And for the record, he is ALREADY on my ignore (after a Mod suggested it to me previously).

Sadly that won’t happen. There’s only a couple of the Mods that stay impartial; others see the responses towards me (and others similar) and ignore. I reply and I get warned. Happens every time.

I’ve had issues from Nick since the C&B days (prior to him joining TCA website). Now he just attacks me at every opportunity and not necessarily my views. Does he get spoken to? No, I just get told to put him on ignore (which he is already on).

As I say, sadly the Mods won’t be nipping it in the bud (unless that means getting rid of me)..!

 

If you have him on ignore why have you click on his post to read it and reply? Defeats the point of putting him on ignore

 

Come off it Storck, you know that sometimes you will see a chain of posts and wonder what a person is responding to. So, every now and again, it’s necessary to use the “Show ignore content” option.

And if I see someone taking an opportunity to have a cheap shot at me (seen as you (Mod) turn a blind eye), why shouldn’t I respond by asking said poster to ignore me? If we ignore each other, there would be no confrontation.

 

Unless they clicked on the show ignored content.

You have the capability to not see. Just use it and there would be a confrontation as you wouldn’t see it

 

If you think he, or anyone, has breached the rules click the report button. I don’t get involved in making decisions about anything involving you as you claim I’m biased.

 

So your directive to someone picking a fight against me, isn’t to nip it in the bud and speak to both parties, it is simply a response to me alone telling me to ignore him? So he can continue bad mouthing me (but as long as I don’t see it, all is well in the world eh)...!

Let’s face it Storck, you’ve had an issue with me since the C&B days, so why would I expect you to defend me on this. You just defend your TCA mates and warn the likes of me (and Bronco) for responding in kind.

 

Your answer to someone constantly posting shat about me (not necessarily about my actual posts/views), is to take action myself and let him get away with what he is doing.

As for TCA - never been on so don’t know if Nick goes on there or not

 

He doesn’t go on, unless he posts under a different name. I don’t think its his kind of forum.

 

Nick W has nothing to do with the TCA, he doesn't go on there and NM makes a very fair comment. A conversation about Park and Cougars getting banned from C & B doesn't need to turn into a conversation about you reminding everyone how popular you are through democratic vote. Nobody's picking on you. A poster made a comment which you don't like or agree with and that's it. No more, no less. It doesn't mean that a group of people who you've fallen out with in the past are strategically targeting you. I'm not sure why you are wanting mods to take action against people who aren't even involved. I won't be responding any further, but I hope that clarifies.

 

And the monkey had no need to make the comment he did.
We have agreed and disagreed since the formation of BT, without a problem.
I was asking for MODs to be aware of the situation so it did not get like C&B nothing more.
The majority of posts and replies have been very civil lets keep it that way even though we might disagree.

 

As I have said numerous times and I will repeat it in block capitals.

IF ANYONE SEES A POST THAT THEY THINK BREACHES THE ETIQUETTE RULES THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED CLICK ON THE REPORT BUTTON.

If people don’t follow that simple rule don’t then moan about Mods not doing anything.
