Head Coach rumours

Sir Alex has been down a couple of times when we have played Posh, sat at the back of where we sit, so if the rumours are true and he gets himself back to full fitness I would think he might take a game in now and again.

 

Not sure he had much input into transfers it was all done by Fry

I can't recall the details - But I'm sure that one particular 'deal' went belly up (McAnthonys fault) - and Fergie Jnr was told "No more, son !" by his old man.

 

Not at Posh as far as I know - but Daddy pulled 3 loaners from Preston after they sacked him.

 

Did 'Dad' help out at Posh or Donny...?

It is far tighter, probably down to board meetings not being discussed outside the boardroom.

The biggest leaks at the club didn't come from the Secretary or the daz sniffing kitman, but from the directors themselves!

Yes in the world of chief executives it’s common. However they are usually shown the door and put on garden leave to see it out

 

I think communication needs to be better on some things I agree... however things such as transfer targets, head coach targets should be kept in house and not “leaked”

 

Still don't think it will be Fergie. One or two now saying on here that they have heard it is him. If it was that certain, the bookies wouldn't still have him at 5/2. He would be very short odds on or Betting suspended

 

Don’t think so but he did at Preston and when they sacked him Sir Alex recalled the players

 

That only happens when people start “lumping on one person quickly”

 

That was my point about an unhappy employee being there for 12 months or more, getting someone out of the company would make sence.

I agree M H. Many a leak has happened within a business because two Directors passed comment in the loo, oblivious to the fact some lackey was sat on the far crapper.
A prime example - Years ago, whilst working late, I stumbled across the 'minutes' of the last Board meeting placed in the wrong window, which was accessible by 50% of the office staff. Within that were details of cost cutting measures for the next two years. I immediately phoned my C.E.O. to advise him. Lo - 12 hours later (As I returned to work) the file had been removed. I kept schtum about the whole thing - but the content was worrying. 15 Months later, and 30 redundancies, six from the offices.

 

But Edin has made it quite clear he wants people around him who see his vision of how the club should progress and if said employee does not believe that is the way forward (because they have seen how previous sucsess was achieved) then he would not want that withing the club.
