Commented his lack of enthusiasm after scoring when I posted the video clip of his 30+ games for AFC Fylde, I don't understand any footballer not getting excited after scoring a goal, maybe he's just a player who doesn't think doing his job (sticking the ball in the net) is such a big deal.

City have 5 strikers when Novak gets back. Not sure we’re doing justice to what we have Bronco. We only play with one striker and the other at best has to play out of position.
If you don’t play well you’re off after 70minutes and if you score you’re on the bench for the next game.
The supply to our forward line leaves a lot to be desired, just hope we can sort it out tactically starting at Scunny tomorrow.

For those who may not be aware, James Hanson left the club over four years ago. There is a thread relating to him in the Where Are They Now section of the site. Let's focus this thread on the upcoming game against Scunny rather than taking it off topic again. There is a clue in the thread's title.

Edit - The posts discussing James are now here ..

Yet the majority of fans were saying what a good January transfer window we had, without doubt losing Cooke has made us weaker in midfield but surely our football management team should be able to get a formation that can get results with the squad we have.

If you're talking about having paid for the game last time and it applying tonight then yes. If your talking about other things I'll have to check with the mrs, but the answer is usually no.

Scunthorpe United have been successful with their appeal defender Jordan Clarke will not have to serve a three match suspension.

We really need a performance tonight. It's been too long since we were really on our game.

Dylan Connolly was more of an old fashioned winger.

Hardly, old fashioned wingers could actually cross a ball onto a strikers head !!! Dylan Connolly was more like Dylan Mottley Henry, with the added ability that he could actually keep the ball on the pitch whilst running with it rather than running down the tunnel, onto Midland Road, over the railway lines and up Leeds Rd before realising where he was.

One of the key skills for a midfield player especially a central midfield player is the ability to take a pass from defence and turn round facing the opposition and run at the opposition then feed a forward or winger, You can tell when the midfield players struggles with this essential skill because instead of turning with the ball to carry the attack they have to pass it back to a defender lots of times or sometimes sideways before again going backwards, When this happens a lot it is a midfield problem and T&S must adjust the team or tactics to resolve it to help the team, otherwise we will be on the back foot in those games

It certainly fell in to the category of the ref being influenced by Dieng holding his face and rolling round on floor.
Always going to be rescinded when looked at properly
