100% right.If it’s so obvious to us why isn’t it to our 2 in charge?

 

Worrying performance in many ways. The back 4 were due an off day, but those in front haven't been good enough for a little while. If T&S take the plaudits for good form, they need to cop the flak for poor form too.

This has been coming.

We're clearly still a work in progress, but the biggest take away for me, is that we need to play on the front foot much more, and we clearly still need 4 or 5 changes to be good enough. We need more physicality in midfield, and more attacking quality. Rowe, Crankshaw and Vernham all landed well, but have all flattered to deceive of late. When T&S took the job, they implemented a rigid system with a low block of 6. Fair enough. But they've persisted with it and we're not imposing ourselves on games now that we apparently have a better squad.

Not good enough, by a long way.

T&S have earned their chance, but lets not pretend that there aren't still big questions for them to answer.

Weve been shit, well beaten by a team in dire form. And yet we had the better chances.

 

Well at least we made a fight of it second half if the one from cook had gone in it might have turned out difference. But they played very well first half and deserved their win.
No reason for all the negativity that will follow on here

 

It was lost in midfield today, they got stuck into us and we were found badly lacking. Season over.

 

For me if we don't go up this season and certainly next then it will take us longer than 6 years.

Next season is massive! Rupp, Sparks and T & S really all need to prove their worth or we are doomed.

 

That's the main area in need of improving in the summer.

 

In many respects mugged off again, they did their homework on us, we didn’t give them enough to think about and allowed them to dominate us especially first half.

 

We should have won on Tues .....played well apart from silly silly mistakes. Today poor from the 1st minute but could have won 3.5. ??? Worrying today with some ver poor displays.

The ref was hilarious I have never seen a drop ball to the defending team after a foul..... by them. superb

 

Mentally mashed.

 

We cannot have Vernam and Crankshaw starting a game. Rowe and Cook up top unsettled them.

We missed so many chances today.

First time for ages I have seen our defence dominated by an opposing player.

Missing Cooke in the middle to keep play moving. Midfield was non existent today.

The ref had a shocker as well.

 

Sobering performance.

Too many of the basics missing today from back to front. The biggest concern, a lack of energy and press and its far too simplistic to blame tiredness.
Mindset looked wrong today.

 

Got a week to work on how not to soil the bed when one of our centre mids is out

 

Difference between the 2 sides today was attitude and desire
We need a bollox blackout in the press this week and do your talking on the pitch..

 

Agree, we have a good team but our midfield is physically a bit weak and lacking options, we all said we wanted that midfield enforcer and the player never arrived. Calum Guy had a fantastic game for them.
