    When Stuart McCall was sacked by City
    His parent club L---s recaaled him and stated that he wont play for us untill a new manager is appointed
    Since T/S took over he has not been anywhere near first team
    Last information i was given he was back at Thorpe Arch Wetherby with a thigh injury
    Question 1 Is he still on loan with us
    Question 2 does l---s statement still stand
    Question 3 will we see him again this season

    at the time I thought he had been brought back too soon from the earlier injury - suspect that's why L***ds recalled him (if they have). Staunton was also rushed back around the same time I seem to remember

    Leeds didn't recall him, that's bollocks. He was injured and went back for treatment like every other loanee does. He's nearly back fit and will be a big player for us for the rest of this season imo.

    There are these pesky things called contracts Leeds couldn’t just say he can’t play until we have a permanent manager, some people will believe anything lol.

    That's right. Once he was back at Leeds on their treatment tables, he became their responsibility from a medical perspective. It's now up to Leeds to determine when he's fit to play again. Once they've given the green light, I'm sure we'll see him back at VP
